Time off

Does 9 days off mean 9 PTO days?

No. Days off includes weekends and selected holidays. PTO used counts the working days you would need to request.

Read the guide: Turn a few PTO days into a proper break
Can I use a different workweek?

Yes. Choose your regular working weekdays under Work schedule & holidays. A repeating weekly pattern is supported; alternating schedules need extra dates checked manually.

Read the guide: Turn a few PTO days into a proper break
Why is some PTO left over?

The remaining days may not fit the allowed break lengths, spacing, fixed bookings, and blackouts. Unspent leave is shown rather than forced into an unsuitable window.

Read the guide: Build a year of breaks without spending PTO twice
Can the annual planner move an approved holiday?

No. Already booked dates stay fixed. Resolve conflicting inputs yourself; the planner will explain the conflict.

Should I add weekends as company holidays?

Usually no. Days outside your selected workweek are already free.

Read the guide: Make the planner match your working life
Are half-days supported?

PTO planning uses whole days. Review half-days and hour-based allowances separately instead of rounding them into a promise the planner cannot support.

Date conflicts

Is the end of the viewing window official?

No. Start times are sourced; viewing durations are estimates. Adjust the window to suit how you watch.

Read the guide: Find a weekend around the games you follow
Does an empty schedule mean the weekend is definitely free?

Only within the selected must-watch teams, loaded coverage, and available data. Follow-only games do not block free weekends. Check source status before relying on an empty result.

Read the guide: Find a weekend around the games you follow
Can I search any university?

Only the pilot institutions currently offered in the tool are supported. The available selection is the current source of truth.

Read the guide: Check the campus calendar before choosing a weekend
Does high load mean hotels will cost more?

The tool does not predict prices. High load means the verified campus events meet its scoring rules.

Read the guide: Check the campus calendar before choosing a weekend
Does a clear result guarantee a good wedding date?

No. It means no relevant overlaps were found within the selected data and coverage. Venue availability, guests, weather, and prices still need separate checks.

Read the guide: Give an important date a second look
Can I include private family commitments?

You can add dates locally where the form supports them. Review the saved or shared contents before sending a plan to someone else.

Pay & workdays

Is biweekly the same as twice monthly?

No. Biweekly repeats every 14 days. Twice monthly follows two scheduled dates in each month.

Read the guide: Build a payday calendar with the right shift rule
Why did the tool leave a payday on a holiday?

No shift is the default. Choose a previous or next business-day rule only if your employer uses it.

Why does my coworker get different months?

A different anchor date or payroll cycle produces a different sequence. Compare the actual scheduled dates before assuming either result is wrong.

Read the guide: Find the months with an extra paycheck
Does this calculate my income?

No. It counts scheduled paydays by month; it does not calculate pay amounts or deductions.

Read the guide: Find the months with an extra paycheck
Why do two day counters disagree by one?

Check whether they include the start date, the end date, or both. Endpoint conventions often explain a one-day difference.

Where is the simple date-span tool?

Open Date range for the span and weekday/weekend breakdown. Business days adds your workweek and selected holiday rules.

Save & trust

Will a local save appear on my phone?

Not automatically. Local saves are browser-specific. Use a share link or an explicit cloud-copy action where available, then verify the result on the other device.

Read the guide: Save a plan, share a copy, know the difference
Will changing my plan update an old shared link?

Create a fresh link after changing the inputs. An earlier link represents the inputs it carried when it was created.

Read the guide: Save a plan, share a copy, know the difference
Will the downloaded calendar update automatically?

No. ICS downloads are snapshots. Review and export again when the plan or underlying schedule changes.

Read the guide: Take the right dates into your calendar
Does calendar export request leave from my employer?

No. It adds planning dates to a calendar file. Submit approval through your employer’s normal process.

Read the guide: Take the right dates into your calendar
Does a recent verification date guarantee future coverage?

No. Verification time and covered dates are separate. Check that the schedule includes the period you need.

Where can I check the calculation rules?

Open Methodology for the calculation approach. Read the tool’s freshness and coverage notes before relying on its result.
