Refunds and cancellation
Pro is USD 4.99 monthly or USD 29.99 annually, plus any taxes shown at checkout. You may request a full refund within 14 calendar days after your first Pro purchase, without giving a reason. This additional first-purchase offer does not automatically apply to renewals.
Canceling renewal
Use Account to cancel renewal or open the authenticated Paddle customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period and is not itself a refund. Your plans are retained; extra plans become read-only and can be exported or deleted.
Requesting a refund
Contact [email protected] with the DateXLife order reference. No explanation is required for the first-purchase 14-day offer. Do not send card details or private calendar content. You can also contact Paddle buyer support about a Paddle transaction.
For renewal charges or requests outside the first-purchase offer, contact us about duplicate or unauthorized charges, material service failures or applicable consumer rights. Mandatory rights are not limited by the 14-day offer. We review requests and submit approved refunds through Paddle; Paddle's Refund Policy and buyer terms apply to its processing and decisions. A submitted request is not an automatic refund. Provider processing and return to the original payment method can take additional time; we do not promise an immediate credit.
Status and access
A request may be awaiting review, approved or rejected. A full approved refund removes access for the refunded paid period; partial refunds and pending requests are recorded separately. A chargeback restricts access while it remains unresolved. Check your account for the verified result; an email or browser callback alone does not change entitlement.
